OR Royalties appoints Patrick Godin to board of directors

OR Royalties Inc. (TSX: OR, NYSE: OR) announced the appointment of Patrick Godin as an independent director to its board of directors.



Godin brings over 35 years of experience in the mining industry. He most recently served as president and CEO of New Gold Inc. from November 2022 until the company's $7.0 billion acquisition by Coeur Mining Inc., which was announced in November 2025.



Prior to New Gold, Godin held executive positions at several mining companies. He served as vice president and chief operating officer of Pretivm Resources Inc., overseeing operations at the Brucejack Mine. He was president and CEO of Stornoway Diamond Corporation from 2010 to 2018, where he managed construction and operations of the Renard Diamond Mine in Quebec.



Earlier in his career, Godin worked in executive or senior operations roles at G Mining Services, Canadian Royalties, IAMGOLD, and Cambior. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining from Laval University in Quebec and has been a Chartered Director since 2010.

OR Royalties is a precious metals royalty and streaming company focused on Canada, the United States, and Australia. The company holds a portfolio of over 195 royalties, streams and similar interests, anchored by a 3-5% net smelter return royalty on Agnico Eagle Mines Limited's Canadian Malartic Complex.
