March 23, 2026 4:52 AM

Novartis AG (NYSE: NVS) will present data from more than 20 abstracts at the American Academy of Dermatology Annual Meeting, the company announced. The presentations will focus on the company's immunology portfolio, including drugs Rhapsido and Cosentyx.

The data includes new information on Rhapsido (remibrutinib) showing changes in daily itch and hives severity scores at week 1 in patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria. The company will also present an indirect comparison of Cosentyx (secukinumab) safety and flare prevention for patients with hidradenitis suppurativa compared to bimekizumab.

Additional presentations will include 4-year efficacy data from trials in hidradenitis suppurativa and 5-year efficacy data from psoriasis trials. The presentations are scheduled for March 27-28 at the conference.

Key presentations include early symptom improvement data with remibrutinib in chronic spontaneous urticaria from phase 3 REMIX-1 and REMIX-2 studies. The company will also present design details of the REASSERT Study, described as a prospective, multi-country study evaluating remibrutinib effectiveness and safety in patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria worldwide.

For Cosentyx, presentations will cover flare prevention and safety data in hidradenitis suppurativa, dosing regimen design for adolescents with the condition, and four-year efficacy data from SUNSHINE/SUNRISE trials. Additional data will address the drug's effectiveness in preventing psoriatic arthritis in patients with moderate to severe psoriasis.

The information was provided in a company press release statement.
