FiscalNote partners with Korean law firm to expand policy intelligence

March 20, 2026 2:16 PM

FiscalNote Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: NOTE) signed a memorandum of understanding with D&A Advisory LLC, the Washington D.C.-based consulting arm of South Korean law firm D&A LLC, according to a company announcement.

The agreement establishes collaboration to provide FiscalNote's U.S. policy intelligence services to Korean and Asian enterprises, law firms, and government affairs professionals. D&A's clients will gain access to PolicyNote's policy intelligence capabilities, which include reporting and analysis from CQ and Roll Call.

The companies plan to collaborate on go-to-market strategies and joint initiatives to expand U.S. policy intelligence access across Asia. D&A's Policy Navigator Reports, a subscription product for Korean clients, will cite FiscalNote and CQ & Roll Call as data sources.

"The organizations that win in today's environment are the ones that can see Washington clearly in real time, with depth, and with trust," said Josh Resnik, CEO and President of FiscalNote. "Asian enterprises and institutions are making decisions every day that are shaped by what happens in Congress, in federal agencies, and in state capitals across America."

D&A's clients include Hyosung, a South Korean industrial conglomerate with approximately $11 billion in annual sales, and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the United States.

"U.S. policy has never been more directly consequential for Korean business and government," said Hochang Song, Partner and Director of U.S. Strategy Division at D&A LLC. "Our clients need more than analysis. They need a continuous, trusted window into the legislative and regulatory forces shaping the American market."

FiscalNote provides AI-driven policy and regulatory intelligence through its PolicyNote platform, which includes legislative tracking and regulatory analysis services.
