Cardinal Infrastructure names Erik West as Carolinas president
Cardinal Infrastructure Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CDNL) appointed Erik West as President of the Carolinas, the company announced March 20. West will oversee operations across North and South Carolina.
West joined Cardinal in 2016 and previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Cardinal Civil Contracting. He has 30 years of construction industry experience, including oversight of multimillion-dollar civil construction projects involving residential, commercial and industrial site development.
"Erik is an invaluable part of what we have built at Cardinal," said Jeremy Spivey, CEO and Chairman. "With over 30 years of construction experience, including a decade with Cardinal, he brings the operational depth, client relationship focus and cultural instincts that define this company at its best."
West led Cardinal's expansion across North and South Carolina and oversaw the integration of company acquisitions in Greensboro and Charlotte. Under his leadership, the business scaled into what the company describes as one of the region's integrated site development platforms.
Cardinal Infrastructure Group operates as an infrastructure service provider in the Southeast, delivering civil and site-development solutions through subsidiaries and a self-performing model. The company focuses on high-growth markets and maintains operations supported by specialized equipment fleets.
The information was disclosed in a company press release.
