Ondas revises 2025 preliminary results, expects revenue above guidance
Ondas Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS) announced revised preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025, reporting revenue expectations above previous guidance. The company will release final results on March 25, 2026.
For the fourth quarter 2025, Ondas expects revenue between $29.1 million and $30.1 million, exceeding prior guidance of $27 million to $29 million. Full year 2025 revenue is projected between $49.7 million and $50.7 million, above the previous guidance range of $47.6 million to $49.6 million.
The company expects fourth quarter 2025 net income between $82.9 million and $83.4 million, with full year net income projected between $50.4 million and $50.9 million. These figures include an expected net gain of approximately $102 million from changes in warrant liability fair value.
Adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter is expected between negative $9.9 million and negative $9.4 million, while full year adjusted EBITDA is projected between negative $31.5 million and negative $31 million.
Ondas maintains its 2026 revenue guidance of $170 million to $180 million, excluding any new acquisitions announced in 2026. As of December 31, 2025, the company reported cash and cash equivalents of approximately $551 million. The company raised approximately $1 billion in additional funding on January 12, 2026.
