The company appointed Khdoura Sabbagh, also known as Adir Sabag, as chief executive officer and sole director of the Israeli subsidiary.

VisionWave engaged Oren Attiya through CO-Finance Financial and Accounting Consulting Ltd. to provide financial leadership and CFO-level services to the subsidiary. The West Hollywood, California-based company develops AI-driven sensing, RF, and defense-related technologies.

The Israeli subsidiary will focus on RF-based sensing and signal intelligence, autonomous systems and defense technologies, and advanced data processing and AI-driven applications. VisionWave stated the expansion positions the company within Israel's engineering and defense innovation hub.

"The establishment of VisionWave IL Ltd. reflects our continued focus on building a globally integrated technology platform," said Douglas Davis, CEO and Executive Chairman of VisionWave Holdings. "Israel represents a unique environment with advanced engineering, defense expertise, and innovation converge."

The subsidiary is expected to support VisionWave's initiatives across RF-based sensing and imaging technologies, autonomous and unmanned system applications, defense and homeland security platforms, and integration of computational and AI capabilities.

VisionWave acknowledged that benefits from the subsidiary remain subject to execution risks, including regulatory, geopolitical, and operational factors in Israel. The company stated there can be no assurance that the subsidiary will generate material benefits or revenue in the near term.
