Gorilla Technology begins insider ownership reporting under SEC rules
Gorilla Technology Group Inc. (NASDAQ: GRRR) announced that its directors and senior management have commenced insider ownership reporting under Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
The company's directors and senior leadership maintain ownership representing approximately 10.8% of the company's current diluted share base, according to the filing group reflected in current and upcoming reports.
The Section 16 reporting follows Gorilla's program to strengthen governance, enhance internal controls, improve disclosure practices and accelerate financial reporting. The company expects all required filings to proceed according to applicable requirements, with additional filings expected due to delays in obtaining access to the SEC's EDGAR filing system.
"I personally have not sold a single share to date. I have continued to buy because I have deep conviction in our business, our strategy and the long-term value we are building for shareholders," said Jay Chandan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He noted that recent reported sales were undertaken for tax-related purposes only.
The ownership position represented approximately 13.8% prior to the company's equity financing in July 2025, with the change reflecting dilution from growth capital raised for strategic expansion.
Gorilla also reported securing new project wins and extensions across capital markets infrastructure, smart city solutions and GPU-based AI deployments. The company is expanding operations to include the Taiwan data center market, adding to its presence in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
The London-based company provides security intelligence, network intelligence, business intelligence, IoT technology and data center solutions across government, manufacturing, telecom, retail, transportation, healthcare and education sectors.
