TripAdvisor Inc. (NASDAQ: TRIP) announced that Board Chair Greg B. Maffei and board member Albert E. Rosenthaler will not seek re-election at the company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

The company stated on March 18, 2026, that both directors notified the board of their decision to retire from their positions. TripAdvisor said the departures were not due to any disagreement with the company regarding operations, policies, or practices.
