Capri Holdings names Corey Moran as Michael Kors chief marketing officer

Capri Holdings Limited (NYSE: CPRI) announced the appointment of Corey Moran as Chief Marketing Officer of Michael Kors, effective April 6, 2026.



Moran will oversee an integrated marketing organization that includes brand communications, content creation and consumer data analytics. The company stated this role aims to increase revenues from customer acquisition by aligning Michael Kors' brand image with data analytics and consumer engagement strategies.



Moran joins from Google, where he worked for nearly ten years, most recently as Head of Industry for Fashion and Luxury segments. Before Google, he spent almost a decade at Coty in senior marketing roles for luxury and prestige fragrance brands including Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, ChloƩ, Bottega Veneta, Miu Miu and Balenciaga. He previously held marketing positions at Unilever.



"Corey brings extensive knowledge of marketing and data analytics in the fashion, luxury and consumer space," said John D. Idol, Chairman and CEO of Capri Holdings. "This new position reflects Michael Kors' continued focus on strengthening its leadership team and advancing its marketing capabilities to support long term growth."
