Check Point forms advisory board to guide AI cybersecurity strategy
Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP) announced the launch of an Executive Advisory Board to guide its artificial intelligence-driven cybersecurity strategy. The board will bring together experts in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and enterprise technology.
The advisory board will be led by Check Point CEO Nadav Zafrir and co-chaired by Dave DeWalt, founder and CEO of NightDragon. The board will collaborate with Check Point leadership on product strategy, innovation, and global market expansion priorities.
"This is a defining moment in technology as organizations rapidly adopt artificial intelligence to transform how they operate, innovate and compete," Zafrir said. "AI is reshaping the cyber threat landscape just as quickly, which means security must evolve to protect new AI-driven environments."
The board will provide strategic insight on technology innovation, threat dynamics, and market priorities as Check Point expands its AI-driven cybersecurity platform. The company states that securing AI systems, data, and infrastructure represents a critical cybersecurity challenge for organizations adopting artificial intelligence across enterprise operations.
DeWalt said the advisory board brings together experienced leaders from cybersecurity and technology sectors to guide the company's innovation and growth efforts. Check Point announced the board formation during Leaders Point, an executive gathering that convened more than 50 chief information security officers from global organizations.
