Evolent Health Inc. (NYSE: EVH) appointed Archie Mayani as chief product officer, the company announced March 19.

Mayani brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, enterprise platforms, and artificial intelligence. She previously served as chief product officer at GHX, where she developed AI-powered capabilities for healthcare supply chain operations.

Before GHX, Mayani held the chief product officer role at Change Healthcare, leading products across clinical decision support, enterprise imaging and revenue cycle platforms. She also worked in leadership positions at Optum and UnitedHealth Group, where she helped scale value-based care through population health and preventive care programs.

Earlier in her career, Mayani served as global head of product and content operations for Amazon Prime Video.

"Her deep knowledge of value-based care, health tech and prior authorization, combined with her impressive track record of delivering innovation and AI transformation at scale, made her an ideal hire," said Evolent President Dan McCarthy.

Mayani has received industry recognition including the Inspiring Leader Award at the Health 2.0 conference in 2023 and was named among the Top 50 Women Leaders of San Francisco in 2023. She received the Global CPO Award from Products that Count in 2025.
