Powell Max Limited (NASDAQ: PMAX) announced it has engaged RBW Capital Partners LLC and Spartan Capital Securities, LLC to provide financial advisory and investment banking services. The Hong Kong-based financial communications services provider appointed the firms as exclusive agents to evaluate, structure, and execute potential strategic transactions.

The engagement focuses on identifying and pursuing acquisitions or other strategic transactions with compatible businesses. RBW and Spartan will provide strategic and financial advice to Powell Max but will not handle legal, accounting, tax, or other specialized advisory services.

Powell Max provides financial communications services supporting capital market compliance and transaction needs for corporate clients and their advisors in Hong Kong. The company's services include typesetting, proofreading, translation, design, printing, electronic reporting, newspaper placement and distribution.

The company's client base consists of domestic and international companies listed in Hong Kong, companies seeking Hong Kong listings, and their advisors. Securities and brokerage services will be offered through Spartan and Dawson James Securities, Inc.
