Effective March 12, 2026, and due to a personal family issue that requires substantial focus, Jeff Bedell will temporarily relinquish his duties as President, Venture Businesses and Corporate Strategy, of Alarm.com Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALRM). Mr. Bedell will continue as a full-time employee of the Company and serve as a senior advisor to the Chief Executive Officer.
