NN Inc. (NASDAQ: NNBR) announced it has secured contracts with a global provider of AI infrastructure and data center computing equipment for liquid cooling components used in AI reasoning racks.

The Charlotte, North Carolina-based industrial components manufacturer said the awards involve liquid cooling systems for AI reasoning racks that will be installed in the United States for AI cloud computing applications. The company's existing liquid management products are being adapted for these data center cooling requirements.

"The liquid-cooled data center market is one of the Company's new end markets that it is pursuing along with medical, defense and electronics, and electric grid components," said Harold Bevis, president and chief executive officer. "The AI data center market fits precisely into NN's decades of know-how in fluid management and six sigma quality levels."

NN Inc. plans to invest in 17 high-speed, high-precision CNC machines during 2026 to meet production requirements for the new contracts. The company said these machines will add to its existing portfolio of over 100 similar machines.

The multi-year awards are part of NN Inc.'s guidance to achieve $70 million to $80 million of new business during 2026. The company stated it can manufacture these products across its facilities in the United States, China, Europe, and South America.

Rob Esch, chief technology officer of machined parts, said the company's manufacturing capabilities for precision fluid management components position it to serve the liquid-cooled computing market. "Data center and AI infrastructure customers demand above all else precision, reliability, and a supplier with the deep technical know-how to repetitively deliver manufacturing solutions at scale," Esch said.

NN Inc. manufactures high-precision components and assemblies for various industrial markets globally, with facilities in North America, Europe, South America, and China.
