ImmuCell appoints former Elanco board member Kathy Turner to board
ImmuCell Corporation (NASDAQ: ICCC) announced the appointment of Kathy Turner to its board of directors, effective April 1, 2026. Turner will replace Steven Rosgen, who is retiring after serving on the board since January 2018.
Turner brings over 30 years of commercial executive leadership experience in global healthcare and animal health markets. She previously served on the board of directors of Elanco Animal Health. From 2014 to 2023, Turner held senior leadership roles at IDEXX Laboratories, including chief marketing officer and senior vice president of international operations. Prior to that, she spent nearly 30 years at Abbott Laboratories in various global commercial operations leadership roles.
Upon joining ImmuCell's board, Turner will serve as chair of the compensation and stock option committee and as a member of the audit committee. She currently serves on the board of Veterinarians Without Borders.
"Kathy brings deep experience across the global animal health industry, including her service on the Board of Elanco Animal Health and her leadership in scaling international businesses at IDEXX and Abbott," said Olivier te Boekhorst, ImmuCell's president and chief executive officer.
ImmuCell develops, manufactures and markets animal health biologics products focused on improving calf health and productivity. The company's primary product line is First Defense, which provides antibodies against viral and bacterial causes of scours in neonatal calves.
