EXL (NASDAQ: EXLS) announced that board member Nitin Sahney will not seek re-election at the company's 2026 annual stockholders meeting and will conclude his service in June 2026.

Sahney has served on EXL's board for ten years, providing healthcare industry expertise during the company's transformation into a data and artificial intelligence firm. He previously chaired the Nominating and Governance Committee until 2025 and currently serves on the Audit Committee.

"Over the past ten years, Nitin has provided thoughtful counsel and deep healthcare expertise as EXL accelerated its evolution into a leading data and AI company," said Rohit Kapoor, chairman and chief executive officer.

Vikram Pandit, lead director of EXL's board, noted Sahney's contributions to enhancing the company's governance framework through his committee work.

"It has been a privilege to serve on EXL's board," Sahney stated. "I have valued working with my fellow directors and the leadership team as EXL advanced its data and AI strategy."
