Graham Media Group promotes Stephanie Slagle to VP, CRO and GM of WDIV Local 4

March 18, 2026 2:47 PM

Graham Media Group announced that Stephanie Slagle has been appointed Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer and General Manager of WDIV Local 4, Detroit's NBC affiliate. Slagle previously served as the company's Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer.

The appointment expands Slagle's responsibilities to include full oversight of the television station. She brings more than 30 years of experience in broadcast media, having held positions including Research Director, New Media Sales Director, Director of Digital Strategy and Chief Innovation Officer.

Before joining Graham Media Group in 2019, Slagle spent nine years with Dispatch Broadcast Group, which was acquired by TEGNA in 2019. During her tenure there, she founded Pixelent Digital in 2017, a digital agency within WBNS-TV that provided services including programmatic display, connected TV advertising, and social media marketing.

"Stephanie has built a digital agency from the ground up inside a traditional broadcast company — and made it work," said Catherine Badalamente, President and CEO of Graham Media Group.

At Dispatch Broadcast Group, Slagle managed digital departments across WBNS-TV, WBNS Radio, and The Columbus Dispatch. She led WBNS to become the first station in the Columbus market to launch an over-the-top streaming channel.

Since joining Graham Media Group, Slagle has led revenue strategy for the company and developed its sales organization. Graham Media Group operates seven local television stations and is a subsidiary of Graham Holdings Company (NYSE: GHC).

"I believe deeply in local media — in its purpose, its power, and its future," Slagle said in the announcement.
