CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) announced expanded capabilities in its GovCloud platform to support U.S. public sector cybersecurity operations. The company introduced new features within its Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) High-authorized environment.

The expanded offerings include Charlotte AI for Gov, which adds automated response capabilities and natural language conversation features to existing detection and triage functions. CrowdStrike also launched Malware Sandbox for Gov, allowing agencies to analyze suspicious files in isolated environments that meet government requirements.

Additional new capabilities include External Attack Surface Management for Gov, which provides visibility into internet-facing assets and identifies security exposures. The company also made Falcon for XIoT for Gov available, offering unified protection for both IT and operational technology systems.

CrowdStrike introduced Falcon Flex for Gov, a procurement model designed to allow agencies to scale cybersecurity services based on mission requirements rather than fixed licensing arrangements.

"Federal agencies operate in one of the most targeted threat environments in the world and require the highest level of protection," said Michael Sentonas, president of CrowdStrike.

The company holds ISO 42001 certification for AI management systems and operates under FedRAMP High Authorization. CrowdStrike made these announcements at the Fal.Con Gov 2026 conference.

These developments expand CrowdStrike's existing government cloud services, which are designed to meet federal security and compliance requirements. The enhancements target automation and AI-driven threat detection for public sector cybersecurity operations.
