Eco Wave Power technology featured in NVIDIA CEO keynote at GTC conference
Eco Wave Power Global AB (NASDAQ: WAVE) announced that its wave energy technology was featured in a video presentation during NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang's keynote address at the NVIDIA GTC conference on March 18, 2026.
The presentation included a digital twin representation of Eco Wave Power's technology, demonstrating how ocean waves can be converted into electricity. The demonstration highlighted applications of AI-driven modeling and simulation technologies for energy infrastructure design and optimization.
Eco Wave Power develops onshore wave energy technology that converts ocean waves into electricity using existing coastal infrastructure such as breakwaters, piers, and ports. The company's systems are designed to operate without requiring seabed anchoring or offshore installations.
"We are honored that Eco Wave Power's technology was featured during the GTC keynote presentation," said Inna Braverman, founder and CEO of Eco Wave Power. "The growing use of artificial intelligence and digital twin technologies is transforming how energy infrastructure is designed and optimized."
The company operates projects in Israel, the United States, Portugal, Taiwan, and India. Eco Wave Power recently launched its first onshore wave energy pilot station at the Port of Los Angeles in collaboration with Shell Marine Renewable Energy.
According to the company, data centers currently consume approximately 2-3% of global electricity, with this share expected to grow with artificial intelligence infrastructure expansion. The company states that its technology pipeline represents 404.7 MW of planned projects globally.
Eco Wave Power operates Israel's first grid-connected wave energy power station, which has been recognized as a "Pioneering Technology" by the Israeli Ministry of Energy and is co-funded by EDF Power Solutions.
