Explanation of Responses:
1. The exercise price is New Israeli Shekel ("NIS") 0.01. The exercise price indicated in the table is based on the exchange rate of NIS and U.S. ("USD) dollar reported by the Bank of Israel on March 10, 2026, which was NIS 1.00 = USD 3.0910.
2. As of the date of this Form 3, options to purchase 4,900 ordinary shares are vested and currently exercisable. The remaining options vest and become exercisable beginning on March 25, 2026 in 14 equal installments on a quarterly basis thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service.
3. To qualify for certain tax benefits under Section 102 of the Israeli Tax Ordinance, securities issued to an employee in connection with the Beamr Imaging Ltd. 2015 Share Incentive Plan must be registered in the name of a trustee.
