YY Group Holding Limited (NASDAQ: YYGH) announced a strategic technology partnership with Fuku Advanced AI Inc., known as Arros AI, a member of the NVIDIA Inception program. The Singapore-based workforce solutions company said the partnership aims to integrate AI-powered candidate discovery, screening, ranking and interviewing capabilities into its YY Circle platform.

The collaboration forms part of YY Group's initiatives to support its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance of $103 million to $110 million, announced March 12, 2026. Under the partnership, the companies are exploring a strategic investment and milestone-based incentive framework, subject to definitive agreements and applicable approvals.

Kevin Gao, founder and CEO of Arros AI, stated the partnership would help workforce platforms make faster hiring decisions through AI-powered infrastructure. YY Group also launched a robotics pilot program in Las Vegas, Nevada, marking its first foray into the U.S. market, building on its partnership with KEENON Robotics for hospitality sector applications.

The company reported operational developments across its markets. YY Circle Hong Kong, acquired in April 2025, secured 20 strategic hotel partnerships and projects HKD 100 million in revenue for 2026. In Thailand, YY Circle secured a contract with The Landmark Bangkok, joining clients including Shangri-La and Hyatt. YY Circle Malaysia plans to expand its retail promoter workforce to nearly 600 personnel in 2026, expected to contribute approximately $14 million in revenue.

In Singapore, YY Group secured a three-year facility maintenance contract with an international bank in December 2025. The company completed several acquisitions in 2025, including Property Facility Services Pte. Ltd., projected to contribute $28 million over three years, and Uniforce Security Pte. Ltd., expected to contribute $35 million over three years.

CEO Mike Fu said the operational progress reinforces confidence in fiscal 2026 targets. The company expects to report full fiscal 2025 results around April 30, 2026.
