Health In Tech partners with Ciklum to enhance AI platform capabilities
Health In Tech Inc. (NASDAQ: HIT) announced a strategic collaboration with Ciklum, a global software development firm and Amazon Web Services Advanced Tier Services Partner, to enhance its AI-driven InsurTech platform.
The partnership aims to optimize the platform's administrative, sales, and analytics capabilities while expanding front-end and back-end functionality. The collaboration will integrate AI-driven bindable quotes with AI-enabled financial reporting and analytics, hosted on Amazon Web Services.
Health In Tech operates an integrated self-funded stop-loss health insurance marketplace serving more than 800 insurance brokers, third party administrators, managing general underwriters and carriers across 40 states.
The company expects the enhancements to deliver enhanced platform capabilities and administrative functions, improved integration of front-end and back-end workflows, and advanced data and operational reporting capabilities.
"Health in Tech was founded on the belief that self-funded stop-loss insurance should be simple, streamlined, and widely available," said Tim Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of Health In Tech. "Together, we are building integrated solutions designed to eliminate fragmented workflows and multiple system dependencies, improving the user experience for brokers, administrators, MGU and carrier partners."
Raj Radhakrishnan, CEO of Ciklum, stated that the partnership will combine Health In Tech's vision with Ciklum's healthcare expertise, cloud-native engineering on AWS, and Prodigy AI framework to build solutions that unify fragmented systems.
Ciklum has over 4,000 engineers, experience design specialists, product owners and consultants globally. The firm provides enterprise-grade software engineering services to Fortune 500 companies and high-growth technology organizations.
