Tetra Tech receives $14 million DLA contract for supply chain IT support

Tetra Tech Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEK) received a $14 million task order from the Defense Logistics Agency under the J6 Enterprise Technology Services 2.0 contract to provide information technology and operational technology support for the agency's global supply chain modernization program.



The three-year contract will have Tetra Tech's operational technology and cybersecurity specialists support DLA in modernizing infrastructure for global logistics, handling, inventory and distribution. The company will provide expertise to sustain, modernize and transition Automated Material Handling Equipment systems, secure operational technology and IT infrastructure, introduce augmented reality and voice technology innovations, and support DLA's transition to Warehouse Execution Systems.



The contract builds on Tetra Tech's work supporting DLA's automated material handling equipment systems since 2019. The company has supported DLA's global defense supply chain management for more than 20 years, according to the announcement.



"We look forward to continuing to use our industry-leading IT, OT, and cybersecurity expertise to secure the supply chain infrastructure that supports defense readiness worldwide," said Roger Argus, Tetra Tech chief executive officer.



Tetra Tech, based in Pasadena, California, provides consulting and engineering services in water, environment and sustainable infrastructure with more than 25,000 employees.
