Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYSE: WSM) promoted Vicki McWilliams to President of Stores and Customer Care, the company announced. McWilliams previously served as Executive Vice President of Stores and Customer Care and has worked at the home retailer for more than 19 years.

In her new role, McWilliams will lead the company's store operations across its brand portfolio. During her tenure, she has participated in the company's international expansion into the United Kingdom and Mexico and supported growth in Canada.

McWilliams has led initiatives including the launch of in-home design services, implementation of AI tools in customer care, transformation of the outlet business, and expansion of in-store experiences such as classes and events.
