VisionWave subsidiary SolarDrone acquires 51% stake in Junko Solar

VisionWave Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: VWAV) announced that its subsidiary SolarDrone Ltd. has agreed to acquire a 51% controlling interest in Junko Solar Ltd., an Israeli solar panel maintenance and cleaning services company.



The transaction values Junko Solar at $400,000, with SolarDrone paying $204,000 for the controlling stake. The purchase will be structured through three staged payments, according to the company statement.



As part of the agreement, Amos Cohen, founder and controlling shareholder of Junko Solar, will serve as Chief Executive Officer and Director of SolarDrone Ltd. Cohen will oversee SolarDrone's operations and the integration of Junko Solar's business activities.



Junko Solar provides specialized cleaning and maintenance solutions for solar panels designed to improve efficiency and operational performance. The company operates in the solar infrastructure services sector.



VisionWave describes itself as a developer of AI-driven technologies and strategic defense and infrastructure solutions. The company's subsidiary SolarDrone will integrate Junko Solar's maintenance operations into its existing business structure.



The West Hollywood-based company trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker VWAV. VisionWave develops RF-based sensing, autonomy, and computational acceleration technologies for defense, homeland security, and commercial infrastructure applications.
