March 16, 2026 4:13 PM

Regal Rexnord Corporation (NYSE: RRX) announced that Chief Executive Officer Louis Pinkham will extend his service through June 30, 2026, as the company's board continues its search for his successor.

The Milwaukee-based company first announced the CEO succession process on October 29, 2025. The board's CEO Search Committee, comprised of independent directors and working with an executive search firm, has identified several candidates and continues to make progress in the selection process.

The extension provides flexibility to complete the search and ensure an orderly transition, according to the company. Pinkham may step down earlier if a successor is appointed before the June 2026 date.

"The CEO succession process is progressing well, and we are encouraged by the depth and quality of candidates under consideration," said Rakesh Sachdev, Chairman of the Board. "Extending Louis's tenure provides the Board with appropriate flexibility to complete a thorough search and appoint the best possible leader for Regal Rexnord, while ensuring continuity for our customers, associates, and shareholders."

Pinkham stated that he agreed to extend his service at the board's request to support a smooth transition. "In the meantime, our team remains intensely focused on execution, energized by our growth strategies, and committed to delivering another solid year," he said.

Regal Rexnord operates in three segments: Automation & Motion Control, Industrial Powertrain Solutions, and Power Efficiency Solutions. The company employs 30,000 people globally and provides motors, power transmission components, and automation systems to various industries including discrete automation, food and beverage, aerospace, and medical sectors.
