Drucker + Falk appoints Crystal Plum as chief financial officer
Drucker + Falk, a multifamily management company based in Newport News, Virginia, announced the appointment of Crystal Plum as chief financial officer effective March 16, 2026.
Plum previously served as chief financial officer of Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust (NASDAQ: WHLR), where she managed finance and accounting operations for a multi-entity real estate investment platform. Her responsibilities included SEC reporting and compliance, capital structure initiatives, and working with the board of directors and audit committee on governance matters.
A certified public accountant and graduate of Old Dominion University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance, Plum has experience in partnership taxation, auditing, HUD and LIHTC-regulated properties, acquisitions and dispositions, and debt financing transactions.

"Her technical acumen, experience in managing complex real estate portfolios, and executive leadership will further strengthen our team."
Founded in 1938, Drucker + Falk manages more than 43,000 apartment homes and 3 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial space across nine states. The company provides multifamily and commercial property management services and develops new multifamily properties.
