Crawford & Company's Contractor Connection has entered a strategic partnership with Helixco to integrate real-time documentation technology into its commercial managed repair program, according to a company statement.

The partnership will incorporate Helixco's platform to provide visibility into labor, equipment and cost documentation throughout commercial insurance claims. Crawford (NYSE: CRD-A and CRD-B) operates Contractor Connection as a managed repair network business.

Helixco's technology platform captures and validates time and materials documentation across commercial repair projects through standardized workflows and centralized documentation systems.

The integration aims to support faster billing reviews and reduce administrative processes across repair projects. Contractor Connection maintains a network of contractors for insurance claim repairs and restoration work.

Crawford & Company, based in Atlanta, provides claims management and outsourcing solutions to insurance companies and self-insured entities across more than 70 countries. The company operates two classes of stock that differ in voting rights structure.
