Cushman & Wakefield names Victoria Lake CFO for APAC and EMEA regions
Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) appointed Victoria Lake as Chief Financial Officer for its Asia-Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa regions, according to a company statement.
Lake joins from Accenture, where she served as Deputy CFO for the company's EMEA business. During her 20-year tenure at Accenture, she held multiple leadership positions including Managing Director of Corporate Development, where she led merger and acquisition teams on acquisitions of five sustainability companies.
Her experience spans audit, advisory, client transactions, financial reporting and strategic planning. Lake began her career at Deloitte and holds Fellow Chartered Accountant credentials with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Based in London, Lake will oversee finance operations for the APAC and EMEA regions, working with regional leadership and global functions. The appointment comes as the real estate services firm continues its operational transformation.
"She is a senior leader who has designed and implemented finance transformations that improve decision-making and drive significant profitable growth," said Neil Johnston, Global CFO at Cushman & Wakefield.
Matthew Bouw, Chief Executive for APAC & EMEA, noted Lake's experience with digital operating models, artificial intelligence and advanced analytics would support the company's technology initiatives.
Cushman & Wakefield operates with approximately 53,000 employees across over 350 offices in nearly 60 countries. The company reported $10.3 billion in revenue in 2025 across its services, leasing, capital markets, and valuation business lines.
