Future FinTech Inc. (NASDAQ: FTFT) announced that its subsidiary Future FinTech (Hong Kong) Limited signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hong Kong-based Maxing Technology Limited on March 12, 2026. The partnership aims to develop a Payment for Ecosystem Services framework and build compliance-based payment infrastructure.

Maxing has developed a three-tier architecture system consisting of entry, scenario and reward components. The system connects transaction scenarios through digital wallets and QR code payments, utilizing two measurement indices: the Global Contribution Index to track merchant contribution levels and the Global Contribution Weight Index to define current-period contribution weights for reward distribution.

The collaboration focuses on three main objectives: developing a unified Maxing Wallet account and global QR code payment infrastructure with contribution-reward mechanisms; upgrading digital payment and cross-border clearing capabilities; and creating a global compliance and risk control system with ecological interfaces for third-party engagement.

The companies plan to work together across three areas: merchant and technical services, payment commission and clearing services, and full-link operation services. Initial rewards will include points and consumer coupons, with additional equity types planned for future compliance.
