March 16, 2026 8:00 AM

Gold.com Inc. (NYSE: GOLD) appointed Juan Sartori to its board of directors, effective immediately, while longtime director Beverley Lepine will retire after 11 years of service.

Sartori serves as Head of Special Projects at Tether Investments SA de CV, where he focuses on strategic investments in gold, land, agriculture, and other commodities. He is also founder and chairman of Union Group International Holdings, an investment and private-equity firm established in 2007 with a focus on Latin America.

Greg Roberts, chief executive officer of Gold.com, said Lepine helped guide the company through growth and strategic expansion since joining the board in 2015. "Her insight and leadership have been instrumental in shaping the company we are today," Roberts stated.

The Costa Mesa, California-based company operates a precious metals and collectibles platform. Sartori commented that he sees opportunity to expand the company's position as demand for alternative assets grows.

Lepine said the company has grown significantly and strengthened its market position during her tenure. "I am proud to have been part of that journey and confident that the company's leadership team and Board will continue building on this strong foundation," she stated.

Sartori currently serves as executive chairman of Elemental Royalty Corporation (NASDAQ: ELE) and has been chairman of Adecoagro since 2025. He previously served as a senator in the Uruguayan Parliament from February 2020 to February 2025 and holds a business and economics degree from École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Lausanne.

Gold.com was founded in 1965 and operates through brands including JMBullion.com, Stack's Bowers Galleries, GovMint.com, Monex Precious Metals, and Goldline across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
