Aurora Mobile launches Japanese subsidiary with AI platform
Aurora Mobile Limited (NASDAQ: JG) announced the establishment of Aurora Mobile Japan K.K., bringing its EngageLab platform to the Japanese market. The company will offer omnichannel interaction, AI customer service, and security solutions from its Tokyo office.
The subsidiary operates from Tokyo's Kyoboshi district and employs a local team to provide consulting and technical support to Japanese clients. Aurora Mobile's EngageLab platform integrates multiple communication channels including app push notifications, web push, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
The company reports its app push technology achieves delivery success rates 1.4 times higher than industry standards. The platform includes AI agents that handle up to 90% of customer inquiries, reducing operational costs by 70% according to the company's claims.

Founded in 2011, Aurora Mobile provides customer engagement and marketing technology services. The company operates its EngageLab platform alongside AI infrastructure GPTBots.ai to serve global enterprises.
