March 16, 2026 7:01 AM

FiscalNote Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: NOTE) announced the expansion of its PolicyNote API to include real-time presidential transcript feeds designed for AI agents and enterprise systems. The company stated the service provides primary source transcripts of President Trump's communications, including executive orders, proclamations, press statements, and public remarks.

According to the company, President Trump has signed 248 executive orders since returning to office in January 2025, exceeding the number signed during his entire first term. The administration has also issued dozens of memoranda and 133 proclamations during this period.

FiscalNote reported its coverage of the Trump administration includes 810 events, 2,996,726 words, and 285 hours of video, encompassing 198 interviews and 417 formal events across 20 states and 13 countries during the first 416 days of his administration.

"The completeness of our Trump presidential record is not something that can be replicated overnight," said Josh Resnik, CEO and President of FiscalNote. "Our verified sourcing represents years of investment in data acquisition, curation, and coverage infrastructure that now sits at the intersection of two of the fastest-growing markets in enterprise technology: agentic AI and policy intelligence."

The presidential transcript feed is available through the PolicyNote API alongside existing legislative, regulatory, and stakeholder data. The service is designed for programmatic consumption and supports the Model Context Protocol for AI agents.

The information is based on a company press release statement.
