March 13, 2026 8:08 AM

CAVA Group Inc. (NYSE: CAVA) opened its first Ohio location at 3356 Madison Road in Cincinnati's Oakley Station. The 3,200-square-foot Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant features dining space, digital order pickup, and delivery options.

The Cincinnati location marks CAVA's expansion into its 29th state plus the District of Columbia. The company continues its Midwest growth following recent openings in Chicago, Detroit, and Indianapolis.

"Cincinnati has a strong sense of community, and that's exactly what we hope to be part of here in Oakley," said Jeff Gaul, Chief Development Officer of CAVA.

The restaurant will host a Community Day celebration offering complimentary meals and accepting donations for La Soupe, a Cincinnati nonprofit that rescues approximately 30,000 pounds of fresh food weekly. CAVA will match donations up to $1,000. The company states its Community Day program has raised more than $1 million since 2019.

CAVA targets opening at least 1,000 restaurants by 2032 and expects to open its 500th location later this year. The company plans additional Midwest locations and expansion into new regions throughout 2026.

The Cincinnati restaurant will employ 25-40 local staff members and operate daily from 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. CAVA offers benefits including paid time off, healthcare, early wage access, free meals, and mental health support.

The information is based on a company press release statement.
