Sagtec Global Limited (NASDAQ: SAGT) announced the launch of SAGE AI, an AI-powered restaurant operating system, and reported securing initial enterprise contracts totaling approximately $11 million.

SAGE AI integrates point-of-sale infrastructure, operational analytics, predictive AI models, and automated decision-support tools into a unified software platform. The system uses machine learning and predictive analytics to help restaurant operators optimize pricing, forecast demand, manage inventory, and oversee multi-location operations.

The platform includes AI-powered demand forecasting, intelligent inventory management, automated operational decision-support tools, multi-location performance analytics, and real-time operational intelligence dashboards. SAGT stated the system utilizes data from thousands of restaurant locations within its POS ecosystem to power industry-specific AI models.

The company outlined a product roadmap for future SAGE AI versions that will introduce AI agents for automated functions including demand forecasting, purchasing, menu optimization, dynamic pricing, and workforce scheduling.

"The launch of SAGE AI represents a major milestone in SAGT's evolution as a technology platform," said Kevin Ng, Chief Executive Officer. "The initial $11 million in enterprise contracts reflects strong early demand for intelligent restaurant technology solutions."

SAGT cited Fortune Business Insights data indicating the Asia-Pacific foodservice industry has an estimated market value exceeding $3.3 trillion by 2034, with a compound annual growth rate of 8.18% from 2024 to 2034.

The company noted that rising labor costs and operational complexity are driving restaurant operators to adopt AI-driven software platforms for supply chain optimization and demand forecasting.
