AT&T launches new wireless plans with mix-and-match option

March 13, 2026 6:00 AM

AT&T (NYSE: T) announced new wireless rate plans under its Unlimited Your Way lineup, including an entry-level plan called AT&T Value 2.0. The company said customers can mix-and-match any of the unlimited plans across different lines on their account.

The updated plans include increased high-speed data allowances and maintain features such as ActiveArmor security protection and unlimited talk, text, and data coverage in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. AT&T Value 2.0 targets value-conscious customers seeking lower-cost options.

"Customers have been clear: they want simple plans, features that matter, and real value. That's what Unlimited Your Way delivers," said Jenifer Robertson, executive vice president and general manager of Mass Markets at AT&T.

The telecommunications company emphasized that unlike some competitors, customers can select different plan tiers for individual lines within the same account rather than requiring all lines to use the same plan level. This approach allows families to customize their service based on individual usage needs.

AT&T stated the new plans address industry trends toward complex bundled offerings by focusing on core wireless features. The company continues to offer its network guarantee that covers both wireless and fiber services.

The plans retain unlimited data features, though AT&T may temporarily reduce speeds during network congestion periods. International roaming may result in reduced data speeds in some cases.
