Adobe Systems (NASDAQ: ADBE) fell 5.5% despite quarterly results that topped estimates, after it said its CEO would stop down. Shantanu Narayen, who has served as CEO of Adobe for eighteen years, has decided to transition from his position as CEO after a successor has been appointed. Narayen will remain as Chair of the Board.

Rubrik (NYSE: RBRK) rose 3% after it reported revenue for the quarter of $377.7 million. Results exceeded all guided metrics.

PagerDuty, Inc. (NYSE: PD) fell 15% after its full year revenue forecast missed estimates. PagerDuty, Inc. sees FY2027 revenue of $488.5-496.5 million, versus the consensus of $506.9 million.

Ulta Beauty (NASDAQ: ULTA) fell 9% after EPS missed estimates, along with comp sales and guidance. Ulta Beauty sees FY2027 EPS of $28.05-$28.55, versus the consensus of $28.57.

Once Upon a Farm (NYSE: OFRM) fell 9% after the company, a recent IPO, published quarterly figures.

PAR Technology (NYSE: PAR) fell 6% after it announced its intention to offer $225.0 million aggregate principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes due 2031.

SentinelOne, Inc. (NYSE: S) fell 5.5% after in-line quarterly results and guidance.
