Klotho Neurosciences rebrands to Greenland Mines, changes ticker to GRML
Klotho Neurosciences Inc. (NASDAQ: KLTO) completed its corporate rebranding to Greenland Mines Ltd and changed its stock ticker symbol to GRML, effective at market open on March 12, 2026, according to a company statement.
Existing shareholders will not need to take any action as shares held in brokerage accounts will automatically update to reflect the new symbol. The company operates two divisions: natural resources focused on the Skaergaard Project in Southeast Greenland, and cell and gene therapy including its KLTO-202 treatment for ALS.
Through its recent acquisition of Greenland Mines Corp., the company holds an 80% interest in the Skaergaard Project, with an option to acquire the remaining 20%. The project contains a 2022 NI 43-101 Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource of 25.4 million ounces of palladium equivalent and 23.5 million ounces of gold equivalent.
The company stated the gross undiscounted in-situ resource value is approximately $68 billion based on February 2026 metal prices. These mineral resources have not demonstrated economic viability and no preliminary economic assessment, pre-feasibility study, or feasibility study has been completed on the Skaergaard Project.
Greenland Mines scheduled an investor webcast for March 12, 2026 at 4:15 PM ET to discuss the strategic rationale behind its recent acquisition and potential shareholder benefits.
