Adecco Group signs unlimited Salesforce AI license through 2027

March 12, 2026 1:45 AM

The Adecco Group (SIX: ADEN) announced a multi-year agreement with Salesforce through 2027 for unlimited global access to Agentforce 360, the company's artificial intelligence platform. The Swiss talent services company stated the agreement supports its target for over 50% of revenues to be powered by agentic AI by the end of 2026.

The deployment will span Adecco Group's three business units - Adecco, LHH and Akkodis - across multiple markets. The company reported initial success in the UK, where AI agents have generated 15% time savings and reduced time-to-fill while increasing fill rates and lowering cost-to-serve.

"Unlimited access to Agentforce lets us rapidly scale proven agentic AI solutions globally and across our brands," said Denis Machuel, CEO of the Adecco Group. The implementation aims to improve service speed, quality and reliability while allowing staff to focus on human interactions.

The scaling effort is supported by the company's global operating model, which includes delivery centers and hubs in India, Poland, Mexico and Morocco. The next phase will focus on expanding agents in the UK, implementing in France and other geographies, and extending capabilities across nearshore and offshore hubs.

Madhav Thattai, EVP & GM Agentforce at Salesforce, stated the partnership demonstrates that autonomous agents can deliver the predictability needed for global business operations. The platform unifies data across more than 30 Salesforce instances and enterprise systems for the company's approximately 27,000 recruiters.

The Adecco Group operates across 60 countries and describes itself as a talent and technology services company. The information is based on a company press release statement.
