Peloton names Saqib Baig as interim CFO following departure
Peloton Interactive Inc. (NASDAQ: PTON) announced that Saqib Baig will serve as interim chief financial officer effective March 27, 2026, following the departure of current CFO Liz Coddington.
Baig, 48, currently serves as the company's chief accounting officer, a position he has held since November 2022. In his current role, he oversees controllership, financial reporting, SOX compliance, finance operations, and finance technology functions. Since August 2025, he has also served as CFO of the company's Commercial Business Unit.
Coddington will step down from her CFO position on March 27, 2026, to pursue an external opportunity, according to the company's announcement made March 11, 2026.
Before joining Peloton, Baig worked as controller of accounting risk, valuation, and financial reporting at Meta Platforms Inc. from July 2019 to November 2022. The company stated that Baig brings more than 25 years of global finance and leadership experience to the interim role.
The company indicated there are no arrangements or understandings between Baig and any other person related to his appointment as interim CFO. Baig has no family relationships with company directors or executive officers and no material interest in existing or proposed transactions requiring regulatory disclosure.
