RGP (NASDAQ: RGP) promoted Jennifer Garcia to Finance Transformation Practice Leader, according to a company statement. The professional services firm said the appointment supports its consulting strategy focused on finance transformation.

Garcia will oversee engagements including target operating model design, shared services, process optimization, and enterprise resource planning modernization. She joined RGP through the firm's acquisition of Reference Point in 2024, where she advised financial institutions on transformation programs.

"Today's CFOs are no longer just stewards of reporting and compliance — they are architects of enterprise transformation," said Scott Rottmann, President of Consulting Services at RGP.

Prior to Reference Point, Garcia worked at EY leading post-separation merger and acquisition finance modernization initiatives and managing global ERP implementations. She began her career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan's Financial Institutions Group, focusing on insurance sector transactions.

RGP operates from Dallas with offices worldwide and engages with more than 1,500 clients annually from 40 physical practice offices. The company reported serving 90 percent of the Fortune 100 as of January 2026.
