KeyBanc analyst Michael Leshock lowered the price target on AeroVironment (NASDAQ: AVAV) to $295.00 (from $330.00) while maintaining an Overweight rating.

The analyst commented: "Sell-off Presents Opportunity; Post AeroVironment's (AVAV) F3Q26 earnings/our analysis, we adjust estimates and maintain our Overweight rating. We lower our price target to $295 (from $330) to reflect recent changes to the SCAR program and timing in contract awards. We maintain that AVAV is positioned to capitalize on the proliferation of UAS/cUAS and increased government spending in defense and space-related programs. Should the conflict in Iran intensify, AVAV is positioned as one of the top beneficiaries, in our view."
