SGN's BlockchAIn partners with Supermicro for AI data center hardware
Signing Day Sports Inc. (NYSE American: SGN) announced that BlockchAIn LLC, part of SGN's proposed business combination, has established a collaboration with Super Micro Computer Inc. (NASDAQ: SMCI) for AI data center hardware solutions.
The collaboration aims to integrate Supermicro's AI-optimized compute platforms with BlockchAIn's data center development pipeline. BlockchAIn intends to deliver an end-to-end AI infrastructure platform by combining power-secured data center operations with standardized, high-density compute hardware designed for AI workloads.
BlockchAIn LLC reported generating approximately $22.9 million in revenue and $5.7 million in net income in 2024 through its 40 MW data center facility in South Carolina. The company has planned an AI data center expansion scheduled for activation in 2027.
"Leveraging access to Supermicro's hardware portfolio supports our ability to deliver fully integrated AI infrastructure solutions," said Jerry Tang, Chief Executive Officer of BlockchAIn LLC. "By collaborating with established hardware providers, we can deliver complete solutions tailored to the needs of neocloud and AI-focused customers."
BlockchAIn's business model focuses on converting electricity into AI compute capacity while remaining hardware-agnostic at the ownership level. The platform supports both flexible and long-duration workloads for AI deployments.
SGN is currently pursuing a business combination with One Blockchain LLC, with relevant materials filed with the SEC including a Registration Statement on Form S-4 that has been declared effective.
