LGI Homes Inc. (NASDAQ: LGIH) announced the opening of Evergreen Ridge, a townhome community in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The development features 138 townhomes with pricing starting at $399,900.

The community offers five floor plans ranging from 1,279 to 1,935 square feet. All units include three to four bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms, and two-car garages. The townhomes are available in two and three-story configurations.

Each home includes features from LGI Homes' CompleteHome Plus package, which incorporates quartz countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and smart-home technology including programmable thermostats and Wi-Fi-enabled garage door openers. The community provides front yard landscaping and exterior maintenance services.

Evergreen Ridge is located near Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. The community will include a neighborhood park with a picnic shelter, climbing structure, and children's playground.
