ON Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: ON) announced that Simon Keeton, Group President of its Power Solutions Group, will resign from all employment positions effective June 30, 2026.

The company stated that Keeton will step down from all officer positions immediately but will remain with the company through June 30 to support an orderly transition to a new head of the Power Solutions Group.

Keeton joined ON Semiconductor in July 2007 and has served as Group President of the Power Solutions Group since February 2024. The agreement between the company and Keeton was reached on March 9, 2026.
