Stellantis prices €4.9 billion hybrid bond offering

Stellantis N.V. (NYSE: STLA) announced the pricing of its subordinated perpetual hybrid bond offering, which was executed on March 10, according to a company statement.

The issuance consists of three tranches totaling approximately €4.9 billion. The automaker priced €2.2 billion in perpetual securities with a 5.25-year non-call period and 6.250% annual coupon until June 16, 2031. A second tranche of €1.8 billion carries an 8-year non-call period with a 6.875% coupon until March 16, 2034. The third tranche consists of £865 million with a 6.5-year non-call period and 8.250% coupon until September 16, 2032.

Settlement is expected to occur on March 16, 2026. The offering utilizes the full €5 billion authorization previously granted by the company's Board of Directors for subordinated perpetual hybrid bonds.

Stellantis stated the issuance will strengthen its capital structure and liquidity position. The company operates multiple automotive brands including Jeep, Ram, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Peugeot, Citroën, and Opel across global markets.
