Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (NYSE: IVR) appointed Stephanie J. Larosiliere to its board of directors as an executive director, effective March 6, 2026, according to a company statement.

Larosiliere serves as Head of Business Strategy and Development for Invesco Ltd. Fixed Income in North America and APAC, where she leads client portfolio professionals responsible for strategic business development and commercialization of fixed-income products. She brings more than two decades of fixed income industry experience to the role.
