Five9 launches expanded partner program for customer experience platform
Five9 Inc. (NASDAQ: FIVN) announced the launch of an expanded Five9 Fusion partner program at Enterprise Connect in Las Vegas. The program extends beyond product integrations to include independent software vendors and embedded technology partners in its customer experience ecosystem.
The company said the program builds on existing integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Epic launched in 2025. The expanded initiative aims to connect AI agents, data, and business systems for organizations using Five9's platform.
"Our vision for Agentic CX depends on openness," said Jim Hickey, Senior Vice President Product at Five9. "Five9 Fusion brings together AI, data, enterprise applications, and a growing partner ecosystem to help organizations build more intelligent and connected customer experiences."
Five9 announced enhancements to its Intelligent CX Platform including improvements to Five9 VoiceStream and TranscriptStream for increased interoperability. The company also introduced a new AI Agent Connect integration API to support voice AI agents with third-party systems and deeper integration with Five9 OneVUE for consolidated reporting across customer experience journeys.
The partner program includes product integrations, independent software vendors, and embedded technology partners. Five9 said the program represents an investment in its partner ecosystem with enhanced enablement and joint go-to-market initiatives.

Five9 operates a cloud-based customer experience platform and reports serving over 3,000 customers and 1,400 partners globally, according to the press release.
