March 10, 2026 8:30 AM

Aon plc (NYSE: AON) announced leadership changes effective immediately, appointing Anne Corona as CEO of North America and naming Farheen Dam as CEO of Enterprise Clients and Chief Client Officer.

Corona transitions from her role as CEO of Enterprise Clients and Global Chief Commercial Officer, replacing Lori Goltermann, who becomes Vice Chair of Aon effective March 31, 2026. All three executives report to CEO Greg Case and serve on Aon's Executive Committee.

Corona brings over 25 years of experience with Aon, previously serving as CEO of Asia Pacific and president of Aon's Financial Services Group. She will continue as Global Chief Commercial Officer until a replacement is identified.

"Anne's deep leadership experience across regional, client and solution roles at Aon positions her to build on our growth in serving clients in North America," Case stated.

Goltermann, who joined Aon more than 30 years ago, will serve as Vice Chair into 2027, advising on workforce development, women's health issues and talent advancement. As the former CEO of Regions and North America, she led the development of Aon's Risk Capital and Human Capital capabilities.

Dam, who joined Aon in 2022, previously served as North America Health Solutions Leader. She brings 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare and human capital from previous roles at other firms. Dam will continue in her health solutions role until a successor is named.

The leadership changes come as Aon continues implementing its strategy to serve clients across Risk Capital and Human Capital services in over 120 countries.
