Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On March 5, 2026, Terrell Kirk Crews II, Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, of NextEra, Inc. (NEE) notified NEE of his decision to resign effective March 20, 2026 in order to accept a chief financial officer position with another company.
NEE thanks Mr. Crews for his leadership and contributions and wishes him success in his future endeavors.
